Victor Prebor 3 Architecture, LLC
After nearly 30 years at Lunz Prebor Fowler Architects, I have taken the next step in my professional career. During my time at LPF I had the pleasure of working with many bright, creative and enjoyable individuals. I appreciate the many opportunities that Ed Lunz presented to me.
As a principal at LPF I was the lead designer on numerous award-winning projects including the Sun n' Fun Aviation Pavilion, Polk County Nature Discovery Center and the LPF Design Studio. As I move forward with this new venture, I will strive to provide the same level of high caliber design. I look forward to both the challenges this opportunity brings, as well as the creative possibilities I know will follow. AR95639 ID5865
My new office, located in Lake Mirror Towers, offers a collaborative space for our project team. There are no individual offices thereby enabling us to facilitate free exchange of information and ideas. The office space also provides gallery space with the opportunity to display various media of artwork.

Fine Art at the Magnolia
Victor exhibited in Fine Art at the Magnolia, a first generation show at the Magnolia Building in historic downtown Lakeland. The show featured 20 accomplished Florida Artists (local & statewide), representing eight different mediums. There are few shows during the hot summer months. The fine Arts at the Magnolia show was created to bridge the spring and fall art festival seasons with an indoor show complete with air conditioning. The smaller format created an environment that was conducive to the art collector and patron.
The mission of Fine Art at the Magnolia is to promote education, public awareness and advancement of the working Fine Artists of Florida. In partnership with the Polk Education Foundation. Fine Art at the Magnolia awarded a 2017 Polk County High School graduating student with a $500 scholarship.
Busy with the logistics of moving into a new office and gallery earlier this year, Victor had to forgo the spring season. This show provided a wonderful opportunity to reengage the Lakeland community.

Art + Public Outdoor Project = ArtPop
ArtPop Street gallery is a public art project that started in Charlotte NC in 2014. Since that time it has spread to dozens of cities throughout the US. ArtPop teamed up with PlatformART to bring the project to Lakeland.
It is the mission of ArtPop to promote local artists’ work and make art accessible to communities through available media space. Victor was selected as one of five local artists to have his artwork displayed on billboards throughout the Lakeland/Winter Haven Area. The artwork will be up for one year. Samantha
Abdelmuti-Caban, Steven Chayt, Marcia Mullins and Heidi Wineland are the other local artists chosen for this honor. Thank you PlatformART, Lamar Outdoor Advertising, CenterState Bank and Agnini Family Dentistry for your local sponsorship.
