What was once a warehouse, the space has been renovated into a modern open collaborative office. The bold lines and color reflect NuJak’s leading edge approach to construction management, attention to detail and professionalism.

NuJak’s new office location, on the corner of Parker Street and Massachusetts Avenue in Lakeland, Florida fell under The Lakeland Community Redevelopment Agency’s MidTown CRA jurisdiction.  Judith Keller, CRA Project Manager, assisted NuJak with applying for the city’s facade grant.  Once the façade grant was approved, Judith introduced NuJak to local architects to assist in the redesign of the warehouse building.

NuJak chose to partner with local architect, Victor Prebor, for the redesign of the 5,000-square-foot office space. “A talented architect with over 20 years of experience, Victor quickly understood our vision for a NuJak 2.0 – to design a flexible space that incorporated the use of natural light and finishes, while utilizing the latest technology.”  The office will feature smartly configured floor plans designed to promote worker productivity in a collaborative environment, a lobby and reception area, fully-equipped conference room, executive offices, kitchen/lounge area, storage room, additional meeting space, and restroom facilities.

Founded in 1992, NuJak Companies is one of the leading full-service construction companies in the state of Florida.
